IDWIM 2025 COMMITTEE
The IDWIM 2025 Committee is a collective of 55 women from across the global mining and natural resource sector, leaders, innovators, visionaries, and changemakers, each united by a shared commitment to equity, inclusion, and generational sustainability. Spanning continents, cultures, roles, and lived experiences, this committee represents the strength of what’s possible when diverse voices come together with a common purpose:
To celebrate, to elevate, and to shape a mining industry that reflects the full potential of the people and communities it touches.
Together, this group is not only organizing a global celebration of International Day of Women in Mining, they are curating a year-long campaign, Voices of Impact: A Year of Resilience and Recognition, that will amplify leadership, spark courageous conversations, and open space for new pathways to emerge. We are honored to introduce this dynamic group of women who are not just planning an event, they are stewarding a movement.
