A Year of Resilience and Recognition
Voices of Impact is a global movement that lives between the annual International Day of Women in Mining celebrations. It is a year-long campaign that uplifts the stories, leadership, and impact of women and allies across the mining and natural resource sector. In 2025–2026, we shine a light on two powerful forces shaping our future: Resilience: The strength, adaptability, and steady leadership that moves industries forward. Recognition: The honoring of lived experience, innovation, and collective progress. Through education, storytelling, events, and community collaboration, Voices of Impact becomes a lived experience. It is where inclusion is practiced, leadership is shared, and future generations are inspired to see mining as a place where they belong.
